VICTORIA SQUARE, BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND 2008

Victoria Square is a commercial, residential and leisure development in Belfast, Northern Ireland, which opened in spring 2008. One of the biggest property developments ever undertaken inNorthern Ireland, Victoria Square features two covered, multi-level streets linked to a massive glass dome.

MARKTPLATZ, HALLE, GERMANY 2005

Marktplatz is the biggest square in Halle, the largest city in the German State of Saxony-Anhalt, and has been the focus of trade since mediaeval times. Marktplatz was restored in 2005.

ST PATRICK’S CHURCH, NEW ORLEANS, USA 2004

St Patrick's Catholic Church was founded in 1833, and the current building dates from 1840. St Patrick’s is the second oldest parish in New Orleans, located upriver from the FrenchQuarter in what is now the Central Business District. The church was restored in 2004.

HOCHHAUS ENSEMBLE AM MÜNCHNER TOR, MUNICH, GERMANY 2005

The Hochhaus Ensemble in Munchner Tor forms the “northern gateway” to the German city of Munich with two towers - one of 28 storeys and the other of 33 storeys as its centerpiece. The complex also includes a 5-storey office building and a seven - storey hotel and all follow an eco - friendly, energy - efficient design.

THE OKOZU CANAL DAM, NIIGATA, JAPAN 1998

The Okozu Canal dam in Niigata was built in 1922 and has since undergone a full renovation which began in 1992 and was completed in 2000. The natural stone wall on the new damcombines natural features and modern construction.

LE PALACE HILTON HOTEL, GENEVA, SWITZERLAND 2006

Le Palace Hilton is a 410 - room hotel located on the shore of Lake Geneva, close to the centre of Geneva and with views across to the Alps. The hotel was innovated in 2006.

CAPRI PALACE HOTEL AND SPA, CAPRI, ITALY 2007

The Capri Palace Hotel and Spa is situated above the town of Anacapri in the most exclusive and unspoilt part of the island of Capri. The design evokes the Mediterranean style used in the 18th century and features stone floors, arches and columns.

INTERCONTINENTAL THE BARCLAY, NEW YORK, USA 2003

A multimillion dollar renovation marked the 75th anniversary of this famous New York hotel located on East 48th Street near Park Avenue.
